What should I do if I want a refund?

To receive a refund, cancel your booking before the departure time directly from the platform. The refunded amount depends on how far in advance you cancel: More than 7 days before → full refund (100%) Between 48 hours and 7 days before → partial refund (70%) Less than 48 hours before → partial refund (30%) After the departure time → no refund Special cases: you are entitled to a full refund (100%) regardless of timing if the cancellation is due to bad weather or safety reasons. The refund is processed automatically to the same card used at the time of payment — you do not need to do anything else.
